RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind. However, if your product has arrived damaged, please contact us at hello@restoreden.co.uk within 7 days of your delivery date. In order to be eligible for a replacement, we require video evidence (not photographic) showcasing the damaged product, including all original packaging and contents sent to you. Please note that no refunds will be provided. If you contact us after one week from the delivery date, no replacement will be offered.
DELIVERY POLICY
Our processing time for orders is 3-5 days, excluding weekends and holidays. The estimated delivery time is 4-10 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Kindly consider these timeframes when placing your order. We would like to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for stolen, lost, misplaced, or missing packages. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
